Yes, for select items, especially our Made-to-Order range, we offer custom sizing. Contact us via email for personalised requests.

8. Can I see the clothing item in person before purchasing it?
We are currently an online-only store. However, we provide high-resolution images and detailed descriptions to help you make an informed choice.

9. How often do you restock items that have sold out?
Restocking depends on the availability of fabric and production cycles. For popular items, we restock as soon as possible.

10. How can I know if a clothing item is in stock?
If a product is visible and available for selection on the site, it's in stock. If the item is out of stock, the "Add to Cart" button will be disabled.

Return | Exchange | Refund | Credit Note

1. What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags.

2. What makes a product eligible for exchange or return?
Eligibility depends on the condition (unused, with tags and invoice) and timeframe (within 7 days). Made-to-order items are not returnable unless defective.

3. How do I return or exchange my product? Please email us at contact@ethnicstory.shop with your order ID and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

4. How do I initiate the return of the product?
Just email us with your order ID and photos of the product (if damaged). Our team will assist you with the next steps.

5. How do I notify Ethnic Story about a defective or damaged product? Please send us clear pictures or videos of the issue, along with your order ID, to contact@ethnicstory.shop within 7 days.

6. What will I get in return if my product is defective or I receive a different product?
We'll arrange a pickup and provide a full refund, replacement, or credit note—whichever you prefer.

7. Will I receive a refund if the return is due to issues other than the product not meeting expectations, such as the product arriving late, no longer being needed, or being purchased by mistake?
In such cases, we will issue a credit note for the product's value (excluding shipping and COD charges).

8. What is a credit note?
A credit note is a voucher equal to the product's value that can be used in your next purchase.

9. How do I use the credit note?
Apply the code received in the "Coupon Code" section at checkout. It is valid for future purchases.

10. Do you offer a return pickup?
Yes, for defective or incorrect products. For other reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If pickup is unavailable in your area, we'll reimburse ₹150–₹200 post-approval.

11. How will I know if my return is accepted?
Once the product passes our quality check, you'll receive an email confirmation regarding the refund or credit.

12. What if I want to exchange the product for a different one?
Mention your exchange preference in your return email. If available, we'll ship the new item after receiving the original.

14. How will I get my refund?
