SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• We aim to ensure that all products listed on the site are available and are in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However, if the same is not available for any reason, we will contact you within two business days and provide you with the option to change, delay, or cancel the order based on your convenience.
• Orders are shipped from our warehouse. We aim to deliver the products to you within 7-25 business days from receipt of the order, depending on the delivery address.
• Our shipping partner, logistics companies, or the Postal Service will deliver your orders.
• Although we utilize the best logistics partners in India, during festivals, national holidays, and other special occasions, the delivery of your shipment may be delayed. For outlier locations, if your address is not serviceable by our partners, we will contact you to find an alternative solution to ensure our products reach you. 
• Shipping and handling rates may vary depending on the product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other factors. The shipping and handling charges are displayed at checkout, allowing consumers to be aware of these costs before making a payment.
• COD Orders: All COD orders are contacted by our customer service team for security purposes. Two attempts will be made to confirm the order; if unsuccessful, the order will be canceled. We suggest confirming your COD order to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
